Membership Agreement


1. Use common sense, courtesy and consideration while participating.



2. Remember that all of our discussion boards are available as an extended service of our business and as such, we ask that you NOT solicit products or services which are in competition with our own. Furthermore, solicitation of any product or service which is in poor taste or out of context for the nature of our business or our clients, is strictly prohibited. If in doubt, please contact us first, for approval.



3. Although we moderate our forums regularly, we will not be held liable for any content therein, or its use thereof. We reserve the right to monitor and if we deem necessary, remove content at any time, for any reason.



4. Absolutely no flaming! I'm sure we need not explain all the do's and don'ts'; just remember to respect one other and use tact when expressing your thoughts and opinions.



5. If anyone has been made to feel uncomfortable, or has a complaint about another member, please bring it to our attention in a private message, or by e-mail, or telephone. We will do our best to address the issue.



6. Members who violate this agreement, will have their membership suspended indefinitely and/or terminated. Ignorance will not be excused. Membership is a privilege, not a right and can be revoked if at any time we feel it is justified.

This is basically the summary version of Terms of Service / Membership Agreement in plain english, but in no way does this replace it. Unfortunately because this is a global community, we must protect ourselves from any possible liability.
